The NDIS supports Australians under 65 with a permanent and significant disability. Eligibility is assessed by the NDIA. You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident. A2 Care Services can guide you through the access request process at no cost.

Call the NDIS on 1800 800 110 to submit an Access Request, or complete the form online at ndis.gov.au. You will need supporting evidence from a treating health professional. We can help you prepare.

Look for consistent workers, transparent NDIS-rate pricing, cultural alignment, and genuine person-centred care. Ask about worker training and complaint processes. A2 Care Services is happy to answer all questions.

Absolutely. You have the right to change providers at any time. A2 Care Services will handle all NDIS portal updates and service agreement transfers on your behalf.

All services are priced at or below the NDIS Price Guide. No hidden fees or lock-in contracts. We work with agency-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants.

Plan management means an NDIS-funded plan manager pays your providers and helps you track your spending. It gives you more choice without the administration burden of self-management. We can work with any plan manager.

A Support Coordinator helps you implement your NDIS plan, find and connect with providers, and build your capacity for independence. Ask your NDIS planner if Support Coordination is included in your plan.
